Team Analog is a non-profit racing team dedicated to mentoring youth, community leadership, and charitable acts. We spend our time traveling the country looking for drivers with a desire to do good deeds and we reward those good deeds with track time, industry apprenticeships, trips to automotive events, and sponsorship for performance parts.

Since 2002, Team Analog has slowly built a network of personal and commercial alliances that allow the team to help others focus and meet their goals in the automotive scene. Recruits become interns for a year. They then choose the professional path they wish to take, either as a driver, photographer, journalist, engineer, event planner, spokesmodel, or even newer paths like marketing, SEO (search engine optimization), and SMO (social media optimization). We attend most race and industry events from Drift & Rally competitions to SEMA and the LA Auto Shows. We enjoy attending car shows together as well. In the end, the goal is for our interns to learn things from the inside and get help in building their cars or climbing the professional career ladder.

Joining Team Analog is more than just joining a group of car enthusiasts. We are also parents, mentors, and friends.
